Oklahoma City University races against a field that includes 19 NCAA Division I women's cross country teams in the 26th annual Chile Pepper Festival on Saturday at Agri Park.The Stars will run in the university/open division at 10:20 a.m. Saturday. Host Arkansas, ranked seventh in NCAA Division I, and Baylor, ranked 24th in NCAA Division I, will be on hand.
