Junior Marc Scott placed second in the men's 10K race to lead the Tulsa men's cross country team to a second-place finish at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships Friday at Newman Golf Course. The TU women's team placed fourth, matching its best-ever finish at the Midwest Regionals.
