NORMAN, Okla. Michael Vercoe-Curtis of Oklahoma City University finished second place in the 1,000 meters in the Central Oklahoma Open on Saturday at the Mosier Indoor Track & Field Facility.Vercoe-Curtis, a junior from Auckland, New Zealand, qualified for the NAIA Indoor Championships with his performance. The Stars' Hunter Swink also posted a provisional qualifying time for the national meet.
