Oklahoma City University finished first place in the 79th annual Oklahoma State Cowboy Jamboree women's college division with 46 points Saturday at the OSU cross country course.Taylor Harrill, a sophomore from Cache, Okla., led the Stars, ranked 20th in the NAIA, with a fourth-place finish at a time of 19 minutes, 28.7 seconds.
