STILLWATER, Okla. Max McNeill of Oklahoma City University took runner-up in the men's college division race of the Oklahoma State Cowboy Jamboree on Saturday at the OSU cross country course. McNeill, a freshman from Uphall Station, Scotland, reached the finish line of the 8,000-meter race in 26 minutes, 21.2 seconds. Three-time defending national champion OCU, ranked second in NAIA men's cross country, picked up the third spot in the team standings.
