EDMOND, Okla. Top-ranked Oklahoma City University cross country swept the men's and women's races in the Central Oklahoma Land Run on Saturday at Edmond Santa Fe High School.The OCU men, ranked No. 1 in the NAIA, placed five runners in the top 10 and outran Cameron by 20 points while the women, ranked No. 21 in the NAIA, took five of the first 20 spots and defeated Central Oklahoma by 18 points.
