No. 1-ranked Oklahoma City University takes on 19 NCAA Division I teams in the 26th annual Chile Pepper Festival on Saturday at Agri Park.The defending national champion Stars, top-ranked in NAIA men's cross country, will run in the university/open division 9:45 a.m. Saturday. Arkansas, ranked 17th in NCAA Division I, will also be on hand as the host team.
